200 kW High-Pressure pump as stand-by or emergency pump
With 200 kW, the K 20000 high-pressure pump is very powerful. Its gearbox is oil-bath lubrication making it is more suitable for intermittent operation. For this reason, it is often used as a stand-by or emergency pump. In a similar power class with oil-pressure lubrication, the K 25000 would be the correct selection for continuous operation. The K 20000 is characterized by a high level of robustness, since its basic design consists of few parts and also the oil-bath lubrication is very rugged. Following the KAMAT modular design concept, this pump can also be easily adapted to different operating pressures and pumped media.
